Jürgen Klinsmann’s charitable foundation, the “Agapedia-Stiftung”, and the “Stiftung Entwicklungs-Zusammenarbeit Baden-Württemberg” (SEZ) are the charity partners of this year’s Porsche Tennis Grand Prix. The Agapedia-Stiftung, a long-standing partner of the tournament, provides, for example, children meaningful after-school leisure activities including homework supervision, sport, games and creative arts at their centre for children in Esslingen. As a non-profit making and independently operating organisation belonging to the state of Baden Württemberg, SEZ has the role of sensitising the population for the necessity of development cooperation. Through their initiatives they want to give, primarily, children a chance. Over and above this they propagate global responsibility and promote fair trade.
